A huge leap forward using Receipt Bank

Receipt Bank has allowed our small team to get more work done in the same amount of time, by streamlining a very manual process. Our client base has relied on manual entry of Bills into their accounting system prior to Receipt Bank. We have now made it a standard part of our service offering, and are looking for ways to maximize its usage every day!

ReceiptBank is an excellent automation for every business, particularly those using Xero. The fetch capability makes it so much easier to automatically collect invoices from a wide variety of suppliers to import directly to your accounting package. It is great for my bookkeeping business as I can switch between clients instantly and am able to manage them almost simultaneously. I highly recommend using this tool.

Beware. I am not able to cancel my account

I signed up for this account and cancelled within 14 days from onboarding. I decided to stay with the current software that I'm using but Receipt Bank won't cancel my account saying I signed up for a 12 month contract. I requested if they could apply the 14 days to the trial period but they said I agreed to an annual commitment which they are unable to terminate.So now I am stuck paying $99.95 per month for the next 12 months for a software that I don't use. I don't see how they think this ...

Receipt Bank has saved our practice

Receipt Bank has saved my practice. We were spending so much time on the mundane data entry and scanning and filing of documents, none of which our clients wanted to pay for.Now it is all automated and our time is better used providing cashflow advice and planning, budgeting, etc for our clients, which they love and see much more value in.

Receipt Management for Peace of Mind

What do you like best? Each user can have their own email-in address, the software reads the receipts by itself to make entry very quick, items sync into accounting systems even after the transaction has been reconciled, and there's a report that shows missing receipts for transactions in the accounting system. There are also integrations into other systems to reimburse expenses to employees with the ability to create expenses reports. What do you dislike? NA - Receiptbank helps ...

I am not able to cancel my account with…

I am not able to cancel my account with this company even though the trial is currently free. I can’t contact anyone or find the cancel subscription. I have read they take money and don’t refund.I only want to cancel the damn thing!
