Convenient, easy to use

What do you like best? It's easy to upload receipts, and then you don't need to keep the paper copy. What do you dislike? Our accountant has us upload some things which don't fit within the available categories. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't have to store receipts, or even see the receipts. It's easy for our accountant to match up receipts with charges on our cards.

Easy to use

What do you like best? The simplicity of uploading receipts is my favorite function. If I scan them to my email, I have a dedicated address to simply forward the scan to. If I'm on my phone and use the app, I snap a picture and I'm done. What do you dislike? Sometimes it will add a "new account" for something that I scan in that is not actually an account number. What do you like best? The ease of use and the integration with Xero I process on behalf of some clients and being able to reduce costs to them by reducing the time spent on Receipt Bank which includes the benefits of saving our clients money What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease of use of both the desktop and mobile apps. They are also very helpful with support queries. What do you dislike? There are sometimes recurring errors with extracted supplier names that I seem to be unable to fix. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Awesome programme with easy access

What do you like best? The automation of the programme is amazing. Clients can take a picture of their receipts they spend and the computer will analyse the receipt and automatically input all the data into Receipt Bank for you to just check over. Helpful accounting software

What do you like best? It attaches the receipts to the bills when sent to the accounting software. What do you dislike? Sometimes it may not pick up the correct tax code or amount. Can't send in spreadsheets. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes doing accounts and returns easier as I can check the VAT rate on the invoice.
