I absolutely LOVE Receipt Bank

I absolutely LOVE Receipt Bank! It makes keeping receipts and documents painless and is virtually seamless in its integration with QBO. Their training videos make it really easy to onboard all my clients which allows me to be more efficient in my day to day process.

Receipt bank helps me speed up book keeping, Some times there are errors but you can teach it to recognise transactions/suppliers etc. In whole saves me a lot of time!

Receipt Bank has really helped to speed up our book-keeping for clients and allowed us to maintain paperless record keeping. This is great for clients too as they no longer need to keep stacks and stacks of documents.Auto-puvlish is a wonderful feature which has changed the way I book keep day to day and the ease of uploading for the client from their mobile phone, means the records are in real time.

Great software for clients and saving time

What do you like best? The ability for clients to take a picture and get receipts to me, it has helped me increase productivity. Also, the auto-fetch helps with Amazon so that clients do not have to submit every single Amazon purchase, which can be numerous. What do you dislike? The web interface can be a little clunky. What I like about Receipt Bank is that it is automatically integrated to a certain accounting tool, you don't need to manually enter the receipt or bills, but you just have to publish and make any necessary changes. What do you like best? ReceiptBank is simple to use for our clients and allows us to get the receipts and documents digitally and in real time. What do you dislike? It is not great at catching duplicates properly. There are many receipts that are flagged as duplicates and merged when they are truly not duplicates. What do you like best? I love the ease of use of this product and the fact that they are continually improving it. What do you dislike? At the moment, I mildly dislike the bank statement fetch, it's not quite there yet. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just jump in and use it, you won't regret it.
