What do you like best? Love the easy to use layout in the desktop while coding receipts, the capture process is well done. Love the personalized email in emails for each client that I can make. The app is fairly well done, could use a few tweaks. Love auto publish and rules for vendors, that is a huge time saver. LOVE the match function :) What do you dislike? When emailing in I can't send in a pdf with multiple pages as it splits it out automatically. The app is cumbersome now ...

Brilliant product!

Receipt bank is so simple and easy to use and has saved both me as an accountant and my clients so much time, because of Receipt bank being so easy to use it has enabled us to focus on the more important things about their business. I no longer have to wait for my client to be free to email me over a copy of an invoice as they are all there in their system or on receipt bank at the click of a button.

A must have product

Receipt really is a great product. It has really helped automate and streamline the data entry process. The data capture is great, and getting clients to use the mobile app has really helped.The synchronisation with so many accounting products is seamless.

I have used Receipt Bank for a few years now. It has been instrumental in the growth of my practice and the availability of me being able to help my clients remotely. They have an amazing availability of tools from their robust desktop interface to their sleek mobile app. Receipt Bank is constantly working to improve their product and bring in new options/tools to help us along. We use Receipt Bank across the board for all our clients. It saves us so much time - and in the current Covid-19 pandemic it has been INVALUABLE!Clients can easily share paperwork with us, it supports their transactions in Xero, we can ensure they are getting maximum VAT recovery and can document all of their transactions.Adding in Invoice Fetch just makes so much sense too - what a great time saver!

Be careful in your dealings with this company

Whilst it is a great product, with Hubdoc now free to Xero users we have seen all our clients moving across. As an accounting firm partner, I warn other accounting firms to be very cautious of this company. They do not disclose all their terms and conditions, it’s in links to their websites, and despite me advising them I would no longer be using their service they charged my credit card for a full 12 months.
