I have used Receipt Bank for a couple of months and now I wonder how i ever lived without it.

Easy to use & saves time

The software is easy to use and saves time on manually entering information. You also have copies of everything saved within the system so no need to keep hol dof paper copies.

Receipt Bank reduces the amount of paper held within the office, at clients premises. Working with client suppliers we are able to ensure invoices are processed swiftly and provide cashflow based on current payments due. A quick snap of that refreshment receipt/fuel bill no longer trying to locate the receipts a few months later. Saving time for business owners to work in business and accountant/bookkeepers to offer more services.

J'utilise Receipt Bank depuis 2 ans déjà. Initialement, l'OCR était déjà bien au dessus de ce que j'avais pu voir auparavant. Depuis, le produit a bien évolué en réponse aux attentes de chacun et évolue encore. Je recommande sans hésitation.

What do you like best? I love that clients are amazed at how quick we can process receipts and get it into the accounting software. Meaning that we can work on their business results and give them near real time information. What do you dislike? The only thing i dislike is that a client uses a bookkeeper who scans receipts for us and does not realise they scan duplicates. they also scan small debit card receipts which can be also duplicated with the purchase invoice. RB cannot seem ...
