Je fais totalement confiance à l'OCR de Receipt Bank. Les erreurs sont rares et facilement identifiables lorsqu'on rapproche avec la facture avec le règlement. De plus, les développements de l'application sont un vrai plus, notamment le rapprochement avec les écritures bancaires. Bref, si je devais choisir, je prendrai Receipt Bank les yeux fermés. Bravo à toutes l'équipes

What do you like best? By far the best part is its accuracy in filling out the fields automatically. It can detect accurate details from receipts from gas station to restaurant to business invoices. After much double-checking, I don't have to verify the details unless the picture is very blurry or poor quality. The second big point in integrations with QB and Xero. We signed up for RB on an annual sub in 2019 and had numerous issues and could get absolutely no support which made any sense - they refused to refund despite all the issue and inability to link all of our processes so we have not used it for 9 months and closed it down. They have this week charged our account £269 and are saying they need to consider if we are entitled to a refund! Appallingly bad practice and no service levels at any point of our dealings with them, avoid at all costs ...

Unbelievable service - I requested a product improvement and within weeks, it was there (and they took a moment to LMK so I was in the loop). Chat support are real people not bots - they're all friendly, knowledgeable and give quick replies. I've put nearly all my clients onto the RB platform and everyone loves it.
