What do you like best about Recapped.io? On the customer success team, we like having the ability to share the onboarding process with customers externally while simultaneously having the option to make certain line items only visible to our team internally. From a CSM perspective specifically, this is very helpful for clear communication throughout the onboarding process. What do you like best about Recapped.io? I love that Recapped is used as a central hub for anything the prospect will ever need. No more looking thru emails to see what was sent/wasn't sent. You can hide what isn't relevant for the time being, edit on the fly and track the prospect's activity. Easily shared with others, so everyone is on the same page and has access to the same information.
