Readytalk Webinar

What do you like best? It is fairly easy to use once you know what you are doing. I recommend reading the instructions prior to usage. What do you dislike? Can be difficult to copy or download items and I found that I often have issues with connection. Normally I would think that was an internet issue but other programs work fine while this one has issues. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trainings in out of town offices. ...

Easy to use conference tool

What do you like best? ReadyTalk provides a safe and secure conference network for you to host conversations and conduct business. ReadyTalk is best for small to mid-sized conferences (say 15 people or fewer. It combines IM, screen sharing, and voice conferencing and does allow you to record your conferences without the need for separate software. Sending invitations for ReadyTalk is very convenient for organizing meetings of all sizes. What do you dislike? However, I have ...

Simple and Easy

What do you like best? I enjoy that this program is designed to fit everything in together all at once. I am able to share and present my brand message, train my employees, make leadership leads and connect with customers also. I am able to make pre-posts, make easy schedules that I can join or others can join. The quality and appearance of the program are great! What do you dislike? I don't generally have anything to dislike about this program, I was able to use this to the best ...

Readytalk for conference calls

What do you like best? You can set up both formal and informal meetings with ReadyTalk on an ad hoc or schedule basis. The Integrated Outlook Calendar plays a vital part here. What do you dislike? When you are working with a big group, you tend to break it down into small units for better deployment. With ReadyTalk, you need to conduct a meeting-inside-meeting to collaborate with these small groups, because this program doesn’t have any breakout rooms What business problems are you ...

Understanding Internet Learning

What do you like best? The webinars and webcasts were beneficial for our company as we were able to teach a variety of topics without traveling. What do you dislike? The web lagged a little bit at first and the more people interacted with the site. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to teach others across the country will benefit companies that need to address certain topics across the country and maybe the globe.

Easy program for webinars

What do you like best? This program is easy to use and to set up, even if you're not really familiar with hosting webinars. The analytics are clear and simple as well. It worked better and audio was more reliable than the previous webinar hosting product we used. What do you dislike? It seemed a little challenging to link it with Hubspot, which is the marketing platform my company used (but they were thinking of switching to Marketo which I think would have worked better. There also ...

Low quality

What do you like best? Editing your recordings within the software is pretty handy, especially for getting quick turnarounds on webinar follow-up emails. In addition, the confirmation emails are pretty good quality. What do you dislike? Having gone from GoToWebinar to this, it's pretty clear that ReadyTalk is a completely inferior tool. Particular annoyances include: - Dialing in on Skype and through the software. Any webinar tool worth it's weight should be fully functional ...
