Much better than manual dialing. My assigned specialist, Matthew Seagle, has been very quick to respond to questions/issues. Functionality is good. The user interface could look better and be easier to navigate, especially for the manager account. They supply several videos with instructions for various things, but I think it would be better to just make it easier, more intuitive, in the first place. My agents like it. Just what your company needs.

Xencall have been a great addition to business. I like the customization of everything. I feel more confident now because I have to tools or can create just the right call flow that I need so that no lead is left behind. I love the callback and calendar feature that counts down to when you need to call or follow up with that lead again. Customer support is fast and will quickly get all of your questions answered so that you can get back on the phones. It is a robust full service system.
