Only works when it works...support is lackadaisical

I was really excited to get this product when I first learned of it, but now having used it I don't think it's worth the low subscription cost ($25) I paid for it. I've used the product for about a month and it's worked a few times...but unfortunately it's worked less than 30% of the time. Some of the emails I sent didn't register in the ReadNotify dashboard which tracks the emails sent and is supposed to provide status information about them.
