"Great platform, once you find the time and place"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Simple, easy to use platform with variable options. As an end-user it helps me efficiently organise Direct Mailers (DMs). What do you dislike about Reachdesk? "Easy to send and customize gifts"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? We are able to easily send e-gifts or physical mail without knowing the recipients mailing address - all you need is their email! I also like the number of international options that make it easy to send gifts across the globe. The way you can set up your organization and team to only allow certain teams to access campaigns is also nice for using Reachdesk across multiple teams. Salesforce sync is also good for tracking. "Depends what you're trying to do"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Sending e-vouchers is great, you can create a link which can then be included in an email from a member of your company. The quality of gifts on the marketplace is high, there are some very nice products e.g. Bloom and Wild. CSM very helpful. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? I'm not confident sending physical gifts across an EU border anymore as I had one arrive that asked the recipient to pay the import fees. Also, you cannot create a link for ...

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Being able to send gifts to clients even if I don't have their address, the wide variety of items, updates when the gift has been received. Overall it's easy to use and takes a lot of guesswork out of gifting, so you can be sure that your gift ends up with the intended recipient! What do you dislike about Reachdesk? What do you like best about Reachdesk? Its a fun way for more junior sales people or BDRs to engage people, which unfortunately I am not. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? I like how easy it is to use and how it is a small effort that can have a big impact on your relationship with clients and prospects from the beginning of your relationship. It would be nice to have more control over how much you can send gift cards for and for what, rather than having marketing make separate campaigns that are limited in amount and use. Sending personalized gifts and messages to customers and prospects that are integrated with our CRM and sending gifts to employees. Streamline process and integration with CRM yields time savings for our teams.
