There wasn't much to dislike but the number of suppliers across regions could be improved. Recommendations to others considering Reachdesk: Book a demo and get to know the CSM team to support your onboarding. What do you like best about Reachdesk? I really appreciate how user friendly Reachdesk is. The interface is easy to understand and the site is very easy to navigate. Sending my customers swag is a very seamless process. I also like that it is not a huge time commitment when I want to send my customers a gift.
