What do you like best about Reachdesk? It is a user-friendly platform, and the process is easy. Plus, the team are very quick at responding! What do you dislike about Reachdesk? redemption rate issues on physical gifts What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? -it's a good way to do a follow-up activity, and it helps with event registrations sending a small treat before it or upon signing up

"Reachdesk Makes Gifting Easy"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? How easy it is to send gifts to folks, even without knowing their address. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? I'd like to see easier filtering available for "sends" What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm noticing that sending gifts is significantly faster than before, particularly without knowing the address. It's easy to select any gift and get it sent out within just a minute or so.

What do you like best about Reachdesk? The UI is very easy to navigate and our account rep is super helpful. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? There's nothing we don't like about ReachDesk right now. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? We save a ton of time. We like to send out customers free swag, but it can be very time consuming to do manually. ReachDesk makes it super fast and easy.

What do you like best about Reachdesk? The platform is incredibly easy to use. Simply select the item you want to send, pop in an email and write a message to your recipient! I've had feedback such as "what a great sales tactic" and "definitely turning up to our call now". 100% recommend What do you dislike about Reachdesk? "Use ReachDesk for easy client gifting!"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? It's so easy to send gifts via ReachDesk. Much easier than going to an individual retailer's site, entering all your credit card/shipping information, and repeating. "A Big Help"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk has been very valuable for my team. Being able to send a prospect coffee, lunch or a gift card to incentivize them to take a meeting is really powerful. It's also a great tool for sending clients little thank yous for giving us some of their time. More often than not, the gestures are well received. What do you dislike about Reachdesk?
