"Reachdesk helps me close deals"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? I like the personal notes that I can attach to the gift. It gives the gift a nice personal touch from not only my company but from myself. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? I wish there were an easier way to track the gifts or more insight into how long certain items take to deliver. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Give me a personal edge. Shows my clients that I am a human too and want to help them.

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Able to send the gift to prospect and it tells you when the product has arrived via email. Able to select various items from gift card to water bottles so that you are able test out which gift works best What do you dislike about Reachdesk? sometimes I wish that there would be a live tracking notification for the gifts if it was accepted What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk allows me to quickly incentivize event attendees for their participation. The easy-to-use interface enables me to create and send campaigns in no time! What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Reachdesk's customer support process is less than desirable. To speak to someone, you have to contact them during UK hours which can be challenging if you're in the US and have questions in the afternoon/evening. They get back to you by the next business ...

"Need more detailed information"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Very useful and can send out the gift, with draft out an email template. I also like it shows the stage of the process - like I am able to know the recipient opened or claimed the credits. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Lack of currency option, also I think it would be good can copy and paste the link separately, like I can copy the link into my own email or LinkedIn message to the recipients. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk has a pretty simple/intuitive UI. Fairly easy IMO to find what you need. Also love the email-verification system for sending gifts - makes it easy!
