Easy to install, highly configurable, excellent value for money
I have been using Re:Plain for a while now and found it very, very good in terms of ease of installation and ability to operate via WhatsApp/Telegram/Messenger etc. The free version is pretty generous and the add-on pricing structure means you only pay for services when you nee it. Support has been responsive when required and the developer seems to not be resting on his laurels with new features added and in the pipeline. I love it!
I love Re: Plain! They are truly innovative and offer a great product. I do recommend they change their name to something more simple and related to chat help- it's a bit hard to understand and type. But the product is amazing!

"Good chat bot widget, but Telegram limits features"
What do you like best about Re:plain? It is convenient that it is in Telegram, so I can respond to customer questions on-the-go in the Telegram apps for Mac or for my phone. What do you dislike about Re:plain? Telegram limits a lot of features. For example, I can't see a list of all of the messages I've had in one place.
