What do you like best? Easy basic reporting and you can have several clients/accounts within Raven. What do you dislike? Very needy to set up reporting, its hard to find exactly what you want for platform reporting but its very basic. Recommendations to others considering the product Very basic. Excellent for reporting allows me to communicate with my clients in a clear and concise way

What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the set up and then the ability to schedule reports to clients for known KPI's that they depend on for their business. The new Reporting Tools is going to be excellent and I'm looking forward to using it. I have about 40 websites on Raven Tools, I need more time just to scratch the surface of what is available, but I can say without hesitation that every time I delve into Raven my websites come out better and stronger for it.
