What do you like best? The reporting software allows me to send reports to my clients with ease. Love that it's fully white label for my clients What do you dislike? I wish that the ranking tools were back so that I could view client ranking results. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Client interaction for my customers. I can send out automated reports to my clients and that is as good or better than a personal phone call from me.

Less Expensive than others, with more features

What do you like best? I like the ability to white-label my reports for clients. And just recently, Raven made the reports even better. What do you dislike? Only that their support team is in TN and I'm on West Coast time. But they usually get to support requests the next day. What business problems are you solving with the product? I can easily get stuff done without having to login into native dashboards like webmaster tools.
