What do you like best? Raven has given us the ability to review all of our clients metrics from one platform. We have been able to create efficiency in our process and deliver better reporting to our clients. What do you dislike? The only downside I had on the system was their poor reporting tool. Great Product Great Service

What do you like best? The reporting software allows me to send reports to my clients with ease. Love that it's fully white label for my clients What do you dislike? I wish that the ranking tools were back so that I could view client ranking results. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Client interaction for my customers. I can send out automated reports to my clients and that is as good or better than a personal phone call from me.

What do you like best? I like the ability to white-label my reports for clients. And just recently, Raven made the reports even better. What do you dislike? Only that their support team is in TN and I'm on West Coast time. But they usually get to support requests the next day. What business problems are you solving with the product?
