Raven wins.
What do you like best? RavenTools is hands down the best marketing dashboard I've used to date. It has all the tools we need to drive our clients' content-marketing efforts baked into its core, and it integrates with other services we use like Scribe and press releases. What do you dislike? While somewhat star, the no-fluff interface gets the job done without distracting you, letting you focus on the data—which is why you came in the first place. And the ability to let your clients ...

Great All-in-One Tool for SEM, SEO, Social and Analytics
What do you like best? For one low price, I have access to many different tools and resources. I can check webmaster accounts, analytics, PPC, SEO and social media accounts. The reports are clean, easy to read, informative and fresh looking and are perfect for sending to others. Each report also has thorough explanations of what they mean and if issues are found, how to fix them. What do you dislike? Every once in a while I have a difficult time finding a report I'm looking for. It ...

Goes Well Beyond Worth
What do you like best? I like that it saves to an easy to use elsewhere PDF, provide a nice structure without looking too fluffy- data is clear and official in appearance. What do you dislike? On the ads report for Adwords, the size/box/chart formatting makes adcopy skip to the next line, throwing off the appearance of the overall ad. Aesthetic only. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a shot. It's easy to set up, easy to use. You'll know quickly ...

The best set of tools for SEO I have ever used!
What do you like best? I honestly like how it is set up. How it looks and feels. Easy to navigate and easy to read. I can just click to the different projects I have on Basecamp and look for all the information I need. What do you dislike? I cannot think of a thing I do not like about these tools. Sometimes it takes longer for keywords to pop up, but other than that, I do not mind it at all. Recommendations to others considering the product Just get it and use it. The more you use ...

Best way to track stats from all over the net with or without a team.
What do you like best? I manage multiple clients' social media, SEO, SEM, PPC and more - and Raven Tools makes it super easy to keep an eye on my work, share progress and successes with clients' and collaborate with my team of employees and contractors. This is a MUST for a fledgling agency on a skeleton crew of work at home geeks like us. What do you dislike? Nothing. After comparing multiple tools boasting similar tools, this has been the best of all worlds for us. I would love to ...

Great Tool for Automated Reporting
What do you like best? Easy to set up, connects to all my social and analytical sources and provides excellent, actionable reports. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to post reports to the clients site to truly while label them. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest problem I have solved is freeing up the time it used to take to generate and organize reports.

This is a great product, besides a few personal preferences, there isn't much I would want to change
What do you like best? I really enjoy the seamless link between Google Analytics and social. It's nice to get all the data in one spot instead of pulling individually from Hootsuite and Google Analytics. What do you dislike? When running reports, I wish that you could preview the data without having to download and open a PDF. We include summations for each section for clients, so its a bit cumbersome switching back and forth and downloading each section. What problems are you ...

Reporting is a Breeze with Raven
What do you like best? We originally took on Raven to improve our month-end reporting for our clients. As our SEO base grew, manually compiling reports out of spreadsheets became far too time consuming. Summit Web Solutions now has a large SEO client base and we will manage to do the SEO reporting in a single day for one staff member. Reports are customisable and, importantly for us, allow us scope to add our own observations on the month past and recommendations for the future. Our ...

Great Integrated Digital Marketing Tool
What do you like best? I like that I can manage everything for every client in one system—separated by client. I can manage SEO, AdWords, Social, and get reporting on all of those activities without logging in and logging out of a dozen different systems and accounts. What do you dislike? I have the most trouble with the social media section. I've previously used very high profile social tools and Raven doesn't stack up. I'm told things are in the works, which I'm excited about. ...
