Great tool especially if you are starting a new position.

What do you like best? All the tools you need all in one spot and a great way to analyze you competitors. I was using multiple sites to keep track of my websites. I cannot tell you how many lists I had to remind myself to go where and when, and heaven forbid if I lost it or moved to another job. It was a headache to try and remember them all. Raven has been responsive, helpful and is a quality product.

What do you like best? We love how easy it is to use and it covers ALL the important pieces we need to track and report to clients. You cover areas that we've often has questions about and wanted help with tracking. There's SO many systems similar to yours BUT yours covers everything needed. You're a one stop shop vs. getting so many different systems. What do you dislike? The live reports that we share with our clients is still overwhelming for them. This is a great product, besides a few personal preferences, there isn't much I would want to change

What do you like best? I really enjoy the seamless link between Google Analytics and social. It's nice to get all the data in one spot instead of pulling individually from Hootsuite and Google Analytics. What do you dislike? When running reports, I wish that you could preview the data without having to download and open a PDF. We include summations for each section for clients, so its a bit cumbersome switching back and forth and downloading each section. What business problems are ...

Reporting is a Breeze with Raven

What do you like best? We originally took on Raven to improve our month-end reporting for our clients. As our SEO base grew, manually compiling reports out of spreadsheets became far too time consuming. Summit Web Solutions now has a large SEO client base and we will manage to do the SEO reporting in a single day for one staff member. What do you like best? Raven's client reporting is the main reason why I use the tool at all, although bringing a bunch of useful research tools under one platform is very cool. The strength of Raven is in its reporting abilities and ease of sharing and use. What do you dislike?
