Simple yet powerful

What do you like best? Simple recording process for non-programmers and still customizable once the recording is completed. What do you dislike? No load testing capability - would be nice since you already have the tests created that could be used for load testing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Regression testing and identifying when new functionality interferes with previous functionality.
