What do you like best about Rakuten SixthSense Observability? Their customer support team is really amazing. The customer success manager is very friendly & easily reachable unlike others. The tool is very light in weight. the level of tracing they do for all logs, traces, metrics is very good, helps in quick troubleshooting.

Also the team member really looks out into the porblem & helps you with the solution instead opf shring some documentation or recorded videos unlike others. Keep up the good work team!

What do you like best about Rakuten SixthSense Observability? What I like the best is their smart alerting system that successfully eliminates the false positives & only helps in focusing on the issues that really matter. Along with this, their extensively comprehensive dashboard is very helpful. A very good monitoring tool I would say for big teams in the companies likee us.
