RO Writer -Unreliable software crashes & required my staff to call tech support way to often.

What do you like best? Mature software that has most of the features an owner is looking for except reliability. However, its not intuitive. What do you dislike? Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't purchase this software, you will constantly be on the phone with customer support. ...

Outdated, clunky and a pain to integrate with

What do you like best? This is a tough one to answer. It doesn't crash too often and it doesn't randomly delete data but like once a year I guess? What do you dislike? This is going to be a big list. It crashes, its an access database, it doesn't work across different operating systems so it's PC only, it won't integrate with other tools because it is an access database. It's interface is outdated and reporting is incredibly limited. You can't dive into data and there isn't a way to ...
