What do you like best? In any document, you can create a checklist and then type @ followed by someone's name to assign a task to that person. You write the task and add more detail, such as a link to the document they need to complete the task, again using the @ symbol. You can also assign a due date by typing in natural language, such as "tomorrow," or by choosing a date from a calendar using a tool in the menu bar.
