"Quinyx makes scheduling easy"

What do you like best about Quinyx? It is a very user friendly system. It includes all parameters we need beyond scheduling, such as budget and costs. We like the simplicity and the whole layout of the system. What do you dislike about Quinyx? The problem is that the time punch can go over 24 hrs and even longer but still not show a warning when you certify, even though it is a different date than the one chosen. "Easy to use!"

What do you like best about Quinyx? It's so easy for the employees to use. We don't neeed paper for our Schedule anymore. What do you dislike about Quinyx? Sometimes we need more functionally within the app. What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you? We have reduce the time we spend on getting in contact with employees to find out if and whn they can work. Now we can use the app.

"Quinyx makes my work a lot easier"

What do you like best about Quinyx? With Quinyx it is extremely easy to manage the staff and keeping track on upcoming promotions or when extra staffing is needed. What do you dislike about Quinyx? SOmetimes the punch-in/punch-out does not work. What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you? Since staffing solutions is a lot easier now, I can focus my time on other important tasks and do not need to worry about our staff's schedules.

Applying for time off is very user friendly and easy for both staff and managers. What do you dislike about Quinyx? "Satisfied customer since 2013"

What do you like best about Quinyx? It is easy to use and are straight forward to use. It therefore does not take long for staff to learn it - both for staff and admin roles. What do you dislike about Quinyx? Some issues with sick leave being transferred correct to payroll, so requires special attention and additional internal control steps to validate. What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you? Better overall view of our scheduling and management in general.

What do you like best about Quinyx? The simplicity to build schedules and that Quinyx supports so many different features, from being able to follow the collective agreement to 100%, and that the program itself supports and makes schedules more effective. What do you like best about Quinyx? The solution is easy to use, the end users love it and we worked perfectly with the Quinyx implementation team. Mobile app can be basically used without any training. What do you dislike about Quinyx? What do you like best about Quinyx? The customer support of Quinyx is really great. They are very fast and always reachable. The software made lifes easier in the shops and in the head office as well.
