QuickFile pros and cons

  • Offers an intuitive, user-friendly interface for easy navigation, even for those without accounting expertise.

  • Provides a free version with extensive features, making it ideal for startups and small businesses with limited budgets.

  • Supports professional invoicing and seamless bank integrations, streamlining financial tasks.

  • Cost-effective compared to other alternatives like Xero or Sage, with transparent pricing for additional services.

Quickfile is easy to use and there's great support

Quickfile is easy to use and gave us a great cost saving over our previous accounting software. I particularly like the automated bank feed and being able to tag each payment quickly - QuickFile even remembers previous selections for regular payments. This feature does most of the bookkeeping for us. In our first eight months using Quickfile, we only sought support twice; on both occasions, we got a very swift helpful response.

Great interface and knowledge base

Great interface and knowledge base I've been using QF for two years now for doing my bookkeeping as an IT contractor. Easy to use interface and answers to some fair complex questions are already present in the knowledge base!
