A brilliant online accounting system
A brilliant online accounting system. Very easy to set up and use. Some extremely useful and quick features such as allocating payments and reallocation of monies. Highly recommend this system to both new businesses and existing ones who want to implement an easy and quick financial accounting system.

User friendly accounting package, perfect for my newly established SME
I have recently setup my SME company and after trying several products to manage my expenditure records etc, I am extremely pleased with QuickFile which I have been using now for 6 months. It is very user friendly and great for reporting. Thank you QuickFile!

Very pleased, easy to use.
I have been using Quickfile for about a year and find it easy to use. It has capabilities way beyond my talents and/or needs! As a 1 man band operation the free version is more than adequate. I particularly like the auto email sending of invoices, as well as auto send thanks to client on receipt of payment. The dashboard page is useful to see how much money is still outstanding (it would send auto reminders of overdue but I don't personally use this) and monthly ins and outs. It also links ...

Very pleased, easy to use.

User friendly accounting package, perfect for my newly established SME

As a Sole Trader with fairly simple…
As a Sole Trader with fairly simple accounts, I found that moving across from paper to QuickFile was easier than I expected. The dashboard design gives an excellent snapshot of Sales and Purchases and I have found the Tagging feature and photo attachments of receipts really useful and easy to use. QuickFile leads you through the process, step-by-step, through its intuitive interface. I tried another accounting software before QuickFile and became utterly lost very quickly!
