A perfect business tool!
We use Quick File as a pricing and customer management tool for our suppliers and we are almost completely satisfied. I believe we will be with Quick file for many years! We recommend this tool to companies of all sizes for its simplification, ease of use, and its very good mobile application

It doesn't have all the features of…
It doesn't have all the features of other programs that you pay subscriptions to, but this is a great bit of software and I have it for free because of the amount of transactions etc and find that it does everything that I require.

Unbeatable value - everything you need for far less cost
I have used QuickFile for a sole trader business and now use it for a limited company. I've used various other accounting packages such as Xero in the past, and QuickFile has become my firm favourite. It's elegantly simple but handles everything I need, and it costs a fraction of other accounting tools because there are no hefty monthly user fees. My accountant loves it too as everything he needs is right there and I can give him separate access to log in without any cost for a user ...

Fantastic entry level package
Easy to enter data, easy to access reports, the best simple accounts package I have ever used. Fantastic if you want to switch up to online accounting than just recording data on paper or excel ... Highly recommended
