Great for small businesses
Considering it’s free, it does provide everything a small business or start up needs from an accounting package. Good reporting and VAT submissions are a breeze even for a novice like myself. Invoice templates are also adaptable- links to bank account and has a customer portal too. Excellent bit of software. Would definitely recommend.

Punches Above its Weight!
For a free service, QuickFile punches above its weight. The invoice generation system is very thorough and there are multiple ways you can manipulate information to suit your needs. I would recommend it to all small businesses.

I trialled a number of different packages before settling on Quickfile and, to be perfectly honest, I cannot for the life of me see why you'd pay for any of the "TV Advertised" brands when quickfile has all the things you'd need for a small biz, and some of the things that competitors don't (like: Flat rate UK VAT scheme). I very much recommend it to people.

"QuickFile is a reliable choice"
What do you like best about QuickFile? Quick File's strengths would have to be its ability to bill clients, track expenses, and VAT management. Compared to its competitors it is fast and secure. What do you dislike about QuickFile? I would say Quickfile can work on its MUI, I would love to see some improvement in its inventory control and adding some more variety with automated reports. So far, it does everything that I need it to
Considering that it is free*, Quick File is excellent! So far, it does everything that I need it to. I currently pay £26 a months for Quickbooks - but feel pretty confident that this can replace it. - Brilliant! (*I happily paid the small fee to enable live bank feeds)

Easy software, very intuitive, great estimating tools
Easy software, very intuitive, I can use it for free for a long time before I need to pay for you. It can do a lot of things what other more expensive software do. It has got great tools for creating estimates. Will use it for long.
