Quickfile Excellent software
Excellent software, easy to use and correct issues, fully functional and a good UI. Lots of features for linking to Banks, and sending invoices via email DD collection with Go Cardless, highly recommended for any business.

Does what it says on the tin...
I have tinkered with QuickFile on and off for a number of years before launching my Virtual Assistant business in 2021. I was drawn to QuickFile because it was free for my current business size and I wanted something low-cost until I knew whether my business would take off. It might not be as pretty as QuickBooks or Xero, but it does the job perfectly - a good, all round, basic accounting software that does what is says on the tin. A great product which is free!
This product is excellent, it offers the same features as competitors but for no cost, seriously why are people paying for other products when this tool does the job. It is simple to setup and use, it makes running my business so simple!

QuickFile has enabled me to automate many aspects of my accounts freeing up time to get on with my business. Being able to have the Dashboard for at a glance information is a very useful tool.

Quickfile is so important to me and my…
Quickfile is so important to me and my bookkeeper. In fact, it's vital. The UI is so easy to use and as a director of a small company, I can share access with my bookkeeper and link to my business account bank feed. I even discovered I can link to HMRC and Companies House to submit mandatory filings electronically. Quickfile can also generate all kinds of reports including balance sheets and P&L statements. And all for a very reasonable fee.
