Easy to use for a none accountant and a breeze to reconcile bank feed and submit VAT. Used free for a year then had to pay as I had reached the limit on transactions but happy to pay as it had worked flawlessly and had all the features I need.

Pretty easy to use
Pretty easy to use, and allocate goods and invoices, and makes it easy for your accountant, if i have one criticism it would be not being as able to do much with the mobile app.

User Friendly
I have found it a very user friendly app and website. The reporting side is efficient. I am unsure how to transfer data to HMRC as I am yet to do this.
