I genuinely love Quickfile
I genuinely love Quickfile - for a small to medium business it is easy, quick and has optional features including quotes for annual accounts and bank integration which are FAB. I can genuinely and happily recommend Quickfile.

Very good free tool
I use Quickfile for creating and sending customised invoices with the Stripe payment option. It is easy to use and offers many additional functions. For the level I use it at, it's free and therefore gets a 5-star rating.

Have been using quickfile this FY to do…
Have been using quickfile this FY to do my bookkeeping as a self employed contractor. Unlike other software it is really cheap to have the premium package and live bank feeds. Great features and the email receipts makes light work of end of month reconciliation.

Brilliant intuitive accounting software…
Brilliant intuitive accounting software especially for us oldies. Simple to learn and does a great job for our small farm business. Headings for tagging invoice did not include some of the specialist farm items such as subsidies but we managed to sort this out. Vat submission is great and payments from HMRC are much quicker!

The best I've found!
The best free accounting software I have found. There are premium options available, but the range of access for free software is unmatched. No adverts and no gimmicks. I would like to see more flexibility with invoices, regarding template entries for repeat activities which require minimal changes. Other than that, I cannot fault Quickfile. Definitely much better than any of the competitors.

Excellent accounts system
Excellent accounts system, which has transformed our business. Very easy to use with clear functions and a useful app for accounts on the go. The support pages are comprehensive and the forums have never failed to give us guidance on accounting principles. The ability to put to tender the EOY accounts with various qualified accountants is also incredibly useful.
