Very easy to upload bank statements and…
Very easy to upload bank statements and code the transactions. If you use your company bank account exclusively for the company movements then you can have them all in a minute and start coding without much double entry knowledge. However the knowledge will be needed at some point. But this applies to every software. It is minimal though with Quickfile.

Everything we need
Just really clear, easy-to-use accounting software for non-accountants. Love their business model of free software, with an ecosystem of accountants (who know the software) whom you can engage at year end to tie everything up and submit.

I have been using for my bar accounts for the last 9 months. I also use QuickBooks for a family company and much prefer QuickFile.
