Scrambled Accounts
Quicken gets a 5. This morning I left a review of 2 stars (see below) and called quicken. They weren't open and I just called again and was treated to a wonderful satisfying experience. ISSUE WAS TOTALLY RESOLVED. The following was reviewed at 2* For the past year or more I complained that quicken was arbitrarily scrambling accounts within the download process. I love the Quicken software to manage…
I love the Quicken software to manage my finances. I recommend improving the bank account reconciliation feature and creating an invoicing feature for Mac computers.

when I error out after release fix . Support got be back and running
online support (chat) was very helpful after I error out after running a fix
