Easy to use
Although I don't appreciate being forced to renew my membership every year, when previously I could choose to upgrade or not by buying the cd, it is easy to use.

Great Service as Always
The person I spoke to patiently walked me thru what I needed to do to download Quicken on my spare computer. Wait time to speak to her was minimal too which is also nice.
