complete satisfaction with no hassle.
I was chatting with one employee who was trying to help me; but, I had to leave the chat sight because I ran out of time. She graciously gave me the case # 9910840 and a phone number suggesting that I might get better a quicker resolution by phone. That was 12/22/22. the next day I did phone, got a customer service rep( unfortunately did not get a name), who looked up the case number, almost immediately saw the error(my mistake) and set about making everything correct. Life time planner is a great tool but...
Life time planner is a great tool. I am at a loss to see how to show one of my investments. My past employer has given me a lifetime income as long as I live. This is actually called extended earnings and it is taxable income as long as I live. I was in insurance sales and this is quite common for this type of work. Can you tell me how I should show that under my planner?

Keeps Me Organized
Since Quicken keeps my finances organized, I am able to find past transactions quickly. I know how much a project cost by running a simple report. Whenever I have experienced problems, which is very rare, technical support has been very helpful.

Quicken is very user friendly
Quicken is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate in each program. I love that I can easily see all the checks I have written.

The very easy ability to run reports
The very easy ability to run reports, connect with banking and investment firms for downloads make Quicken an extremely useful tool. I transitioned over to Mac a few years ago and was not as happy with the product but over the years Quicken has been diligent in making upgrades that have continued to make the product more user friendly.
