I feel like I have a great relationship…
I feel like I have a great relationship with Quicken. I'm kept informed on updates and how the company is doing. I know customer service is a phone call away. Mostly I am so pleased with the program. Easy to use, and very helpful to keep track of expenses.

I love that the system works very well…
I love that the system works very well with my bank. No problems there. Doing bank statements at the end of the month is really nice now. And if there is a problem the customer support was good too. The lady that helped me with a problem kept me informed even though it took awhile. But it got solved. And it worked the first time.

Consistency makes my life easier
Consistency makes my life easier! The only thing missing, is a method to remove reconciled entries in checking and charage cards. The registers just get too big. It may be there, but I can't find it. An easy way to recouncil old account entries away would help matters.

I had a problem with connections to…
I had a problem with connections to multiple banks which was resolved by one of capable IT employees name Raji. I had a follow up concern that resolved within minutes. He should get all the accolades you have available
