I am able to automatically record income and expenses.
I am able to automatically record weekly income and known expenses, which makes budgeting a lot easier. Any variable expenses are easy for me to record. I know that my experience could be even easier if I linked all of my accounts to my bank, but I prefer to do things manually.

Quicken for 20 years!
I’ve been using Quicken for nearly 20 years; the past 12 has been Quicken for Mac. I use it to track all monetary transactions and helps me budget 90 days in advance. I print annual reports which helps me track and reflect over time. Thank you Quicken!

Quicken is a really great program for balancing a checking account
Quicken is a really great program for managing our finances. You've made some upgrades for Mac users so that has been good. I don't use all the features of the program, but it helps me keep my checking account and a club account balanced so I'm happy!

Long time satisfied Quicken user
I am a Quicken user since 1990s and ALL of that data is available for my records and analysis. over the years if I need to identify when i replaced the roof on my house, I can find that payment from years ago in minutes within Quicken. I have easily reclassified to better report and budget. I have dozens of accounts that can be seen in one place and aggregated in single reports. What would i like to see? the ability to copy paste single cells not entire transactions.

I've used Quicken for year and just this past year started helping manage the finances at Church. The ease of customizing the categories and ease of use has been remarkable. Lump this in with the annual cost and it's an easy choice between platforms.
