Problem solved, finally
I had called several times and never connected. This was my final attempt to get the problem fixed, otherwise I was going to cancel my subscription. The individual who helped me was very patient and helpful. The problem was solved, so I didn't have to cancel my subscription.

Bank balance accuracy
I like for my bank balance to be accurate down to the penny and Quicken always makes that possible.

Updates load automatically again
For months, the regular updates to Quicken would not load, causing me to have to locate and download the mondo file each time. Finally, that problem was solved, and updates are now automatic again.
