Very Good - Patient Customer Support
The customer support was patient, worked though the issue even though there was an issue during reboot. They debugged the issue and got me to a point where I was able to finish the recovery on my own

My auto renewal did not work
My auto renewal did not work. I was unable to reactivate through my account nor through Quicken.com. Your assistant took me seriously and graciously took the time to get my account up and correct and I did not loose any of my information. He made sure I had everything I needed. And it took some time!

Auto renewal got missed due to change…
Auto renewal got missed due to change in credit cards. Technicians walked me through and got the subscription reinstated

After almost 20 years of use
After almost 20 years of use, Quicken has become a routine for our finances. Certainly makes tax prep much easier, too.
