I needed support in navigating the program and called the help number. Call was answered by a human being in a reasonable amount of time. The same person shared my screen and patiently walked me through all the items I could not figure out on my own. They were a huge help. Never before have I had an experience like this from a software company. Great tech support!!!

Finance Tracking
I like to follow my finances on a daily base. It has helped me with my money and bill paying on a month to month basis. I have used quicken it seems forever. I use to own quicken program when it first came out. But now I really do not mind paying an annual fee to have up dates add when updates are available. I found out that it helps to get your files if your computer dies out from under you. Easy recovery!

I am able to track all my financials…
I am able to track all my financials with Quicken. Every week I update my investments making it easy to track and evaluate them. Whenever I need to determine a date of a product purchased, I use Quicken.

I have been a Quicken customer since Q1…
I have been a Quicken customer since Q1 on a floppy disc in 1985 or about. I don't think I would be able to balance my checkbook and monitor my bills even to this day if it not be for Quicken.
