I've been using quicken for almost 20 years now & I wouldn't use anything else. just the fact that it's the only home accounting program still available speaks volumes.

Quicken makes it easy
Quicken makes it easy to keep track of my expenditures. It's also handy for producing years tax reports for my accountant that he uses to prepare my state and federal tax returns.

Greatly improved software
The quicken team has greatly improved support and maintenance of Quicken software. Several years ago I seriously considered dropping Quicken because of recurrent software problems. But over recent years, the team has been very diligent at maintaining software. Today I find Quicken an essential part of my home finances.
