I have been a customer of quicken for more than 20 years. Whenever I have needed help, quicken has been there and has resolved my problem.

The product is easy to use
The product is easy to use, intuitive (which is very important for us old guys), and full of capabilities. We have categorized our expenses for the last 5 years and get a neat "side-by-side" columnar comparison to see where we spend our money. It's also very helpful in state and federal income tax preparation.

I have used Quicken for about 20 years…
I have used Quicken for about 20 years for both business and personal accounts. I am particularly happy that I use this financial software when tax time rolls around each year. I just send the report of my transactions to my tax accountant, send tax documents, and that's it from my perspective.
