I've been using Quicken for more than 10 years
I've been using Quicken for more than 10 years and I use it to track all personal spending and credit accounts. I am able do to valuable analysis on my budget and spending using the quicken reports.

Very useful
Quicken is a great tool for me so I can keep p tract of my expenses. I'm afraid I don't take advantage of all the wonderful features it offers. My circumstances don't require it.

Login problems
Had lost login password and reset password just would not work.. called tech support and it did take very long before all was corrected and my login information was restored.

Exceptional Service
I renewed my Quicken subscription and the next day could not access my account. After this went on for one week, I called Customer Service and we jointly worked on the error. The Representative was very thorough and professional.
