Smooth renewal
I have used Quicken for several years and keep track of all my various bills, bank accounts and credit cards using its download capabilities. The annual renewal fee was charged to my credit card without any need for further activity on my part.

I'm a long time Quicken user
I'm a long time Quicken user, and will continue to use it as long as the product works for me. Very satisfied so far. I'm not thrilled about the subscription model, but thats kind of the way of the world right now.

Quicken has the best customer support
Quicken has the best customer support, at a time when most other companies do not. It is the main reason I continue to use quicken, because I can trust the product, and the people behind it.
