Loyal customer for years
Loyal customer for years. I have occasionally experienced problems, but I believe the product has constantly improved. I always recommend Quicken to new retirees as a way to plan their financial health during their senior years, as well as keep their funds secure. I like to frequently download all bank account and charge card transactions so I can monitor all charges.

Program works very well
Program works very well. Only complaint: when the password box appears on the screen you Must click within the box even though it appears that the cursor is IN the box already but it actually isn’t. Computer beeps and you need to click the cursor in the password box. I wish software would actually place the cursor in the password box as it appears but actually isn’t in the past box!
