I purchased TurboTax from Amazon. I had trouble downloading it and they could not help. I contacted Intuit and finally got someone I could understand who worked diligently to fix my problem, even calling on a supervisor for help. Problem fixed. Thank you.

Print not working. Print screen reads "Cannot use cartridge until you enroll for HP Instant Ink".
Technical support took over my laptop and trouble shot for a couple of hours. This was done while chatting with them.

Quicken is easy to use
Quicken is easy to use and helps keep our finances together. The communication that comes is concise and easy to read. We have been using Quicken for over 30 years and it has always been my go to for keeping track of our money.
