Quicken helps us manage our finances. The Tax Summary has everything we need to prepare federal and state taxes. The Planning Tools are great, I really like the Project Balances graph capabilities, which make it easy to plan future projects, knowing the money will be there!

Quicken makes me feel better organized
Quicken makes me feel better organized. I use it to balance my accounts monthly, very easy. I use it to recall what I paid for products or gifts one to multiple years ago. I can pull simple reports to track my spending. I don't know what I'd do without it!

Twice I had "technical" questions and…
Twice I had "technical" questions and both times your customer service techs were great to work with. My second problem , #10059842, is still pending. Your tech, Jaira, was absolutely great to work with. the report was submitted because I felt guilty about tying him up. I was so impressed that I gladly renewed my annual subscription for another year.
