I use Quicken almost everyday.
I use Quicken almost everyday and have for the last 31 years. I have my complete financial picture in Quicken. I use it for my personal finances plus I keep the books for a non-profit I am part of. They are always impressed with reports I can give them.

It has easy to use ledgers with great baking interface and downloads, makes it very convenient to reconcile your accounts. The reports and forecasting features are indispensable if you budget.
