Quicken since 1990+-
I've been using Quicken since 1990+-. At times there have been frustrations but all-in-all Quicken has been terrific. There have been times in the past 33+- years that I've had trouble reaching a human for a problem but that difficulty may be more a reflection of my weak record keeping than it is a bad reflection on Quicken.

Upgrade to new computer.
I received prompt technical support after upgrading to new MacBook computer. Program does what I need. Often faulty though at applying correct “category” .

I have used Quicken for several years…
I have used Quicken for several years now and appreciate the ease with which it allows me to keep track of my spending and pay my bills. My biggest complaint is that I was forced to pay for a yearly membership. I do not, and never have, felt a need to have my Quicken linked to my bank account for transactions. I enter all of my transactions myself. When the notices started appearing I just ignored them because I did not need this extra service. But when I worked in Quicken you virtually ...
