Long time user
Years ago before Quicken was available, I had written my own Simple Account Manager application. I used it until Quicken became available. Quicken has never disappointed me. It keeps up to date with features and provides me with everything I need to manage my investments, savings, checking and rental property. As long as Quicken performs well, I will continue to use it.

Carlos (the representative) 2nd call was so helpful and friendly at that time i was so upset. I waited 20 minutes on hold. But no matter what my tone of voice Carlos was patient and helpful. My fustration was i had a first calleer she was helpful at first but became frustrated later. I was on the phone with her from 11:15am to 12:45am. We were cut off once and she called me back, that was nice. but she could not find the problem of me signing in and getting an invalid code or expiring ...

Routine technical questions
I call about 2-3 times a year about technical stuff. Just learning how it works. The staff are always helpful, and slow down for me, a senior. And to date, we always solve my problem for that moment. Thanks for effective training.
